All delivery times show below do not account for the amount of time it takes to dispatch your item - this can take up to an additional week. The times listed below are how long your item will take to ship after being dispatched.

 

UK delivery via Royal Mail:

  • Standard Class (3-5 business days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 business days with tracking)

 

Europe delivery via Royal Mail:

  • Standard Class (5-12 business days with tracking)

 

Canada delivery via Royal Mail:

  • Standard Class (5-12 business days with tracking)

 

USA delivery via USPS:

  • Standard Class (5-12 business days with tracking)

 

USA delivery via Royal Mail:

  • Express Tracked (5-10 business days with tracking)

 

Australia and New Zealand delivery via Royal Mail:

  • Standard Class (5-12 business days with tracking)

 

 

Refunds & returns

Refunds and returns are available for 14 days after receiving the product as long as there are no signs of usage.

If the candle is faulty, e.g. the candle has the wrong message, a refund or replacement can be offered.
